From taking time off, to being out of state or country, from calling out sick to rescheduling previously made appointments to view an apartment can get tough.
That's where I come in.
Goal
My goal is to help you when you need it. It's simple - I attend your scheduled appointments when you can’t make it.
You make your appointments, add me as the viewer and I'll send you pictures, videos and all the info you need from application process, fees, average utility bills to pictures of their amenities to pictures of the neighborhood.
If you can't make the appointments, send me the names of the complex or complexes and I'll make them for you.
My Experience
With over 5 years of experience in property management. I have a solid background in management, leasing, and the resident services that’s provided by different residential communities.
From leasing to managing I’ve learned enough to know what to ask, what to look for and where to look.
From Touring to taking videos and pictures to asking the questions most people forget.

Note: I do not accept referral payments from the apartments you choose to move to.
Referral payments are payments made to real estate agents from the community you choose to move into.
My goal is to help you when you need it.

Services
How it Works
You schedule your appointments within the same day and provide me with the Complex name and time of your appointment (make sure to add me as the viewer). I go in your stead.
Appointments must be made within the same day or week.
OR
I create the appointments of the Complex or complexes of your choosing and go in your stead.
All information is provided by next day.
